Bad luck, I got this e-mail from eBay last week. No, no, it wasn't phishing nor fake e-mail, because I can recognize it very well. They just sent this e-mail without a specific reason why they suspended my eBay account. However, MC152 code is the only part of this e-mail that would give me more details, although it could be recognized by eBay expert. I probably did a mistake, either opening My eBay Summary via VPN or listing penny eBooks many times in a short time. In past, I accessed many eBay accounts by using many different IPs without problem. On eBay, I also see many sellers listing their penny eBooks many times in a short time. Which one was my mistake? I searched on Google and found that it might be due to accessing (signed in already) My eBay Summary via VPN with US IP accidentally, eh? -- Update -- I contacted eBay live chat, telling them that I had some items bought without my authorization, and... viola! They restored my account.

Tanggal 16 kemarin, account ebay gw malah di-suspend setelah curhat ke salah satu Customer representative ebay, dan gw diminta untuk mengirimkan KTP alias Government I.D. atau Utility bill. Repot, malez, dan lama. Akhirnya, 2 hari kemudian (tepat seminggu yang lalu) gw kembali mencoba peruntungan dengan menghubungi eBay customer representative lewat live chat. Perjuangan tidak sia-sia. Ternyata, setelah lumayan lama chatting, UPI (UnPaid Item) strikes yang ada di account ebay gw di hapus \:D/ B-) Wah, senangnya... ternyata SSI (Spik-Spik Iblis) gw yang pertama berhasil >:) Walaupun, ternyata account gw tetep aja masih belum bisa digunakan untuk buy. :(( Tapi minimal, Unpaid Item Strike record udah dihilangkan dari account gw.

Lancarkan SSI yang kedua, tapi dengan CS yang berbeda dengan sebelumnya, dan akhirnya... restriction pun hilang. Tapi sekarang hanya bisa digunakan untuk selling, tidak untuk buying. Lumayan laaah. :D -- Update -- Setelah berhasil menjual beberapa items dan sudah mendapatkan puluhan feedback seller yang lumayan, di tahun 2010 account eBay gw bisa digunakan lagi untuk buying activity. \:D/

That is the message that always appear whenever I wanted to buy or bid any items on eBay. It happened since April 2009, due to several unpaid item strikes from several eBay seller. But, since few months ago, i found that i still can selling on eBay. Then, a few days ago I started to fix this situation. Contact eBay CS via e-mail didn't help, and they were suggesting me to contact immediately using eBay Live Chat. During chat session, he asked me about my old phone number, old e-mail which associated with my eBay account at first time. After some question, he said that he was unable to verify that i'm the owner of that account. What the F...! x( He asked me to fax or mail my Government I.D. to verify that I'm the owner. I said OK, I will do that later, but I won't do it thou. I'm sooo busy (sokkk) =)) I was still able to sell on eBay. But when I was logging it today, they really blocked my access.
