This error occured few days ago when i tried to hack nokia e90 (S60 3rd Edition).

Hint: This message pops up when you attempt to install developer certificate in the unsupported device. The developer certificate from Symbian Signed can only be used in a limited number of devices. Remember that you have to send your IMEIs to Symbian Signed when requesting certificate. You cannot use the certificate in other devices that is not in your IMEIs list.

I realized that it happened because imobile.com.cn generated invalid certificate (.cer) file for my phone. The IMEI number i entered in their form was totally correct. Then i register on OPDA.cn and request my .cer and .key files.

But then, new error message coming up.

Unable to install a protected application from an untrusted supplier
But I can get rid of this error message by signing HelloOx version 1.04 rather than version 1.03.

Nero Recode specially created to convert the film. It can convert into a format either DVD or Nero Digital that already using MPEG4. To set the bit rate, nero recode have two types of settings: Sharp and Maximum sharpness. Unfortunately, this option is not available to users. In fact, if you can choose to use Maximum sharpness mode, the video quality could be better. But, although the option is not available in Nero Recode option program, you still can improve the quality of dvd recode by changing the following registry settings.

Run Registry Editor by clicking Start – Run, type in regedit.
Go to sub key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ahead\Nero Recode\Preferences\
Find DWORD: DeepAnalysis. Put 1 in value.
Find DWORD: CompressMode. Put 3 in value.
Close Registry Editor then restart your PC
