Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sory for the inconvenience.

It appears when I open a folder in My videos through Windows explorer. I visited this page via Google Search, and apparently it was old problem, the thread was created in 2004 
So, this is why my windows encountered this problem.
