Oh, i just know about this things few minutes ago when i was trying to sign in to someone’s eBay account, and it really doesn’t usual for me because it was asking 6 digits code. Wtf code ?
It said :

Press the button on your security key and enter your six digit code below.

Enter your six-digit security code

Security Key details:
The security key generates a unique six-digit security code. A new code is generated approximately every 30 seconds. This is the code you must enter when you login to your PayPal or eBay account along with your user name and password. As soon as you enter the code it expires so no one else can use it! The key is a keychain type and is easy to carry with you and keep track of.

This morning, i saw different page when i was logging into my Paypal account. I thought it’s just low connection issue, no it isn’t. Paypal really change it. I logged into different account few minutes ago, and it still had old page of account overview. Oh, may Paypal also increasing their security and more aware of fraudster ?
I hope they won’t
