It will be useful for people who get iPhone from overseas (i.e. from eBay) and need to unlock their iPhone in order to use SIM-Card in each Country. In previous tutorial: How to Unlock the iPhone 3G, 3GS Using UltraSn0w, you must have valid or supported SIM Card. Another way is using Turbo SIM, you can use Turbo SIM with no need to unlock it, but the Turbo SIM itself must stay with your SIM Card inside your iPhone. But, you can also use it to unlock, then you can take it off when iPhone has been unlocked.
Well, if you don’t have neither supported SIM Card (i.e. T-Mobile sim card, AT&T sim card, Vodafone sim card, etc) nor Turbo SIM, you can use free wi-fi around you.
If you have found free/paid wi-fi around you, connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi network, make sure you’ve connected to the Internet, then read this tutorial: How to Unlock the iPhone 3G, 3GS Using UltraSn0w.
If you can’t find Wi-Fi around home, you may use Wi-Fi in workplace, or if you have Laptop with Internet connection, you can setup Ad-Hoc Network, and connect your iPhone to your Laptop using Internet Connection Sharing. Read this tutorial How to Set up a wireless network without a router (using Windows XP)
Good luck.
