That is the message that always appear whenever I wanted to buy or bid any items on eBay. It happened since April 2009, due to several unpaid item strikes from several eBay seller. But, since few months ago, i found that i still can selling on eBay.
Then, a few days ago I started to fix this situation. Contact eBay CS via e-mail didn’t help, and they were suggesting me to contact immediately using eBay Live Chat. During chat session, he asked me about my old phone number, old e-mail which associated with my eBay account at first time. After some question, he said that he was unable to verify that i’m the owner of that account.
What the F…! x(
He asked me to fax or mail my Government I.D. to verify that I’m the owner. I said OK, I will do that later, but I won’t do it thou. I’m sooo busy (sokkk) =))
I was still able to sell on eBay. But when I was logging it today, they really blocked my access.
